Product description

A flat-bottom silo is a cylindrical hopper designed for short-term or long-term storage of grain crops. The metal silo for grain storage creates optimal conditions for bulk grain storage with big storage volumes. The main component parts of the structure are wall panels, roof, stiffeners, discharge systems, temperature control and aeration systems. For silo service the service hatches and ladders are provided.

When choosing a design, it is necessary to take into account many different factors that directly affect the preservation of agricultural products. One of the main criteria is the quality of the using metal. For the construction of complexes for the silo storage and processing of grain, we use high-grade galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.8 to 6 mm. All component parts are manufactured on high-precision robotized equipment with minimum human intervention.
The silo is equipped with profiled stiffeners, which perfectly withstand high vertical and horizontal loads. All structural elements are joined by high-strength connecting strips and galvanized hardware, with following sealing. The roofs have a standard angle of inclination (30 degrees). Each model of storage silo is equipped with efficient aeration and temperature control systems.
