On July 31, 2017 in Reinbek, Germany, a meeting between the management of AMANDUS KAHL company in the person of the company owner, Mr. Joachim Bermann, the head of Russian representative office, Evgeny Chernobrivts and the management of ROMAX plant in the person of General Director, Roman Safronov, Deputy General Director, Maxim Safronov took place.
Within the framework of this meeting the executives of two companies continued discussion of cooperation issues at the market of Russia and prospects for possible cooperation on implementation of common projects for sites construction of feed mill industry. Observation tour of AMANDUS KAHL plant was organized for the management of «ROMAX» plant with the aim of acquaintance with products manufacturing process and manufactured equipment range..
The outcome of these negotiations was cooperation concept formulation, according to which AMANDUS KAHL is ready to act as a supplier of feed technology and the main technological machines — grinders, mixers, granulators, and «ROMAX» Company is ready to take on the role of principal contractor and supplier of conveying equipment, storage silos, metal structures and other equipment. As a result of such cooperation the customer at the territory of the Russian Federation will be able to receive a finished site of European level at reasonable price.
Realization of these agreements will begin this year.
